These Terms & Conditions govern all reservations and stays at The Charming Lonno Lodge, operated by Lonno Enterprises Ltd., 390 Kanani Road – 80202 Watamu – Kenya. By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge and accept the following terms, which are governed by the laws of Kenya.
1. 预订与付款
- 预订需支付20%的不可退还订金。订金可通过主流信用卡支付。
- 余额 可在酒店 办理入住或退房时使用现金、M-Pesa、Visa、MasterCard 或 American Express 支付。
- 所有价格均 包含适用的税费。
2. 取消、修改和未到场政策
- Cancellation with more than 48 hours’ notice: your reservation will be cancelled, and you will receive a voucher for the full amount of your deposit, valid for 24 months from the date of your original booking. Blackout periods apply (see below).
- Cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice: your deposit will be forfeited.
- 未到场：如果您未在预订日期到达，您的预订将被取消，您的订金将被没收。
- 提前退房：如果您在预定的退房日期之前离开，除实际入住晚数外，还将收取一晚的额外费用。
- 修改：如需更改或取消预订，请使用确认邮件中提供的官方预订链接和代码。
- 不适用日期：圣诞节和新年假期不包含在优惠券和特价优惠的有效期内。
3. 入住和退房
- 入住时间： 14:00 – 20:00
- 退房时间： 08:00 – 10:00
- 可根据实际情况安排提前入住或延迟退房。
4. 儿童及加床
- 欢迎所有年龄段的儿童。
- 有孩子的家庭必须预订 套房，因为 塔楼客房不适合婴儿床。
- 预订过程中可根据所选房型提供加床和婴儿床，并按我们的在线价格收费。
5. 宠物
- 我们喜欢宠物，但很遗憾 我们无法接待宠物。
6. 客人责任
- 客人应尊重旅馆的财产、工作人员和其他客人。
- 客人须对入住期间造成的任何损坏负责。
- 违法或扰乱秩序的行为可能导致立即终止住宿且不予退款。
7. 住宿职责
- 旅馆将尽一切合理努力提供已确认的预订服务。
- 如遇不当行为或安全隐患，我们保留拒绝服务或取消预订的权利。
- 对于超出我们合理控制范围的事件，包括但不限于自然灾害、航班延误、罢工或恶劣天气，我们概不承担责任。
8. 责任
- 除非存放在客房提供的保险箱内，否则旅馆不对个人物品的丢失、被盗或损坏负责。
- 客人需自行负责个人健康、安全和旅行安排。
- 我们强烈建议所有客人购买 全面的旅行保险，包括取消行程、健康问题和意外事故等方面的保障。
9. 隐私与数据
我们尊重您的隐私。您在预订过程中提供的个人数据将根据适用法律进行处理，且仅用于处理您的预订。除法律要求或为完成您的预订所需外，我们绝不会与任何第三方共享您的数据。
10. 管辖法律
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya.

Lonno Lodge warmly welcomes families and ensures that all our guests, including children, enjoy a pleasant and comfortable stay. At the same time, our lodge is appreciated for its tranquility and privacy. We kindly ask parents to ensure that children respect the comfort of other guests during their stay.
