Le charmant Lonno Lodge

Il existe des lieux où le temps semble suspendu, où la brise porte des histoires venues de l'océan, et où chaque fenêtre s'ouvre sur un jeu de lumière et de mer. Le Charming Lonno Lodge est de ces lieux : petit, intime et conçu avec amour pour offrir à une poignée d'hôtes seulement le luxe du silence, de l'espace et de la tranquillité.

Nos quatre chambres, nichées dans les murs intemporels de la Tour d'Observation, et nos cinq suites, qui se déploient avec grâce sur deux étages privés, sont de véritables sanctuaires de calme.

Que vous optiez pour le charme intime d'une chambre Deluxe de 42 m² ou pour le confort généreux d'une suite familiale de 133 m², vous serez toujours émerveillés par le même spectacle : l'horizon infini, la caresse de la brise marine et le doux calme des rivages de Watamu. Chaque chambre et suite possède son propre caractère, se distinguant principalement par sa taille et sa literie, tout en offrant des prestations de confort telles que :

Nos chambres Tower offrent un large choix pour répondre à toutes vos envies, de la confortable chambre Deluxe de 42 m² à la spacieuse chambre Top Tower de 72 m², dotée d'une terrasse privée et exclusive sur le toit. Quel que soit votre choix, la vue imprenable sur l'océan et la douce brise marine sont à portée de main, vous invitant à la détente et à la sérénité.
Chaque chambre est conçue pour deux personnes et peut accueillir un lit bébé, ce qui en fait le refuge idéal pour les couples ou les petites familles en quête de confort, d'intimité et de panoramas exceptionnels.

Three unique ways to enjoy the same beauty.
Our Deluxe Rooms are stacked one above the other in the historic stone tower, each offering its own distinct charm.
On the ground floor, a shaded terrace opens onto the tropical garden, just a few steps from the sea. There’s space to sit, stretch out, and breathe. Privacy? Absolute. With only nine rooms in the entire lodge, peace and quiet are never in short supply.
On the first floor, the terrace is just as spacious, but open to the sky—perfect for sun lovers who enjoy basking in the light with a good book between dips in the pool.
On the second floor, the balcony is more intimate, but the view is the best of all: a changing canvas of light and sea throughout the day. Sunset happens right in front of your eyes—but you’ll have to earn it, with one extra flight of stairs in the old tower.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, crisp linens, and the kind of stillness only the sea can offer.

A magical hideaway for two, this suite unfolds over multiple levels, ending in a panoramic turret perfect for sunset moments.
The climb is part of the experience — your reward: unmatched privacy, sea breeze, and time suspended above it all.
Designed for two, perfect even for one. Not suitable for children.

Choose from elegant one-bedroom Suites or a spacious Family Suite with two bedrooms, ranging from 90 to 133 sqm. Each suite is independent and designed to make you feel at home, offering all the space you need to relax. A small indulgence for a well-deserved holiday.
Every suite includes a patio and terraces as standard, most with stunning ocean views—except for the GrandSuite, which offers a more private setting overlooking the lush tropical garden. Bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the first floor, while the cozy living room opens onto the natural garden at ground level, surrounded by the scent of frangipani. Our Suites can accommodate from 2 up to 5 guests, plus a baby cot if needed.

Sea view, two floors. Intimate, cozy, one of a kind.
The Junior Suite is the smallest of our suites — but only in name. Like all our suites, it’s spread over two levels: a living area downstairs, and the bedroom with bathroom upstairs.
Though compact, it offers all the space and charm a couple could wish for — and as you’ll see in the photos, it has its own special personality. If needed, the sofa in the living room can be turned into a bed for a child.
What makes it truly special is its private terrace, small and cozy, with a little table just right for enjoying a coffee or a drink while watching the sea.
It features 1 double bed (upstairs bedroom) and a sofa bed for 1 child (on request)

On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living room with two sofas that can be converted into beds for children.
Upstairs, the master bedroom and bathroom open onto a covered sea-view veranda, where a large sofa invites you to relax, read, or simply take in the ocean view.
An elegant yet practical retreat, perfect for families.
It features 1 double bed (master bedroom) plus 2 sofa beds for children (living room) and 2 independent TV sets for adults and children 😉

From the private veranda, enjoy lush garden views, birdsong in the morning, and the quiet magic of Watamu evenings.
There’s no air conditioning here — nature takes care of that.

Our Family Suite is designed for families who want comfort and space. Downstairs, a large and cozy living room is perfect for spending time together. Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms and a shared bathroom.In the children’s room, a large bunk bed often sparks cheerful debates about who gets the top bunk.
The master bedroom features its own private covered veranda with sea view, ideal for reading, resting, or simply listening to the waves.
On the ground floor, the second covered veranda, connected to the living room, provides even more space to relax outdoors as a family.
It features 1 double bed (master bedroom) and bunk beds (2 single beds in kids’ room)
An additional bed can be arranged in the living room upon request.
